All items purchased from JSmith Studios LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract.This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Orders usually process in 5-7 business days.
The original art sold on this site has been created by me and is one of a kind, it has a strict no returns policy.
However, if you do have a problem with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at ContactMe@JSmith-Studios.com. I may be able to offer you a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the request.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order when using ground.

Tracking numbers are provided upon shipping. This notification is sent to the email registered at check-out.
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of your claim, I may be able to offer you a replacement or refund. I might request that you send a photo of the damage or for you to send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).

General Shipping Information
All items listed with free shipping and items with a high cost ship ground or whatever I feel is most responsible for the item.
Most prints and other goods that will have shipping rates made available via USPS or UPS via the shop interface at the time of order.
Posters and large prints are rolled in paper and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes unless otherwise specified.
Small prints and paper based originals are shipped flat in cardboard or protective mailers.
These are often doubled up with an inner packaging (usually a secondary paper or cardboard mailer) of some kind to ensure protection of the contained items.
Other items are packed as is fitting the item.
Please reuse, recycle, or compost this packaging after receiving your order.
Shipped orders will be updated with a tracking number via email notification when your order ships. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at ContactMe@JSmith-Studios.com. In most cases a delivery was attempted, and your package is with the carrier waiting for you.
It’s important to me to be aware of the environmental impact of my life (and so also my career). Shipping uses a lot of supplies and is one of the largest areas of potential waste that I can do something about and so, I do my best to source materials produced within the USA with sustainability and the environment in mind.
The majority of my shipping supplies, including details like tape and clear packs and void materials are comprised of materials such as: cornstratch cellophane, plastic-free tape, recycled and recyclable, or biodegradable products.(Due to the high cost of shipping large packages, some large boxes may be USPS manufacted and are not made from recycled material as far as I know.)
Posters & large prints ship in snap-seal mailing tubes, made from 100% recycled fiber and lack the regular plastic end caps, and are sealed with paper tape.
Extra large works often require packing based on individual requirements, however when possible, the above commitment applies.
